Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA) Compliance Services

ISRA requires owners of facilities with specific industrial classifications to investigate and remediate their property prior to property transactions when triggering event(s) occur, such as sale of the property and/or business, and cessation of operations, among others. If an industrial facility has a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code, which is subject to ISRA, the facility is required to comply with all ISRA applicable requirements. Generally, this begins with an initial assessment (Preliminary Assessment) of the property to determine whether any areas of concern (AOC) require further investigation. In the event an AOC requires further investigation, DuBois formulates recommendations using cost-effective options that bring the property into feasibility for sale or reuse.
